I'm Nicole—a mom, prenatal educator, Birth Story Medicine listener, nurse, Master's student in Counselling Psychology, and awkward host of the REWILD + FREE podcast. I spent most of my life raw-dogging existence before realizing I was AuDHD. Somewhere along the way, I turned asking "but why?" into an entire career. I write about the complexity of being human, the systems we live and play in, and the stories we carry about ourselves.
